Thread. what the white house strategy is going to be is to try to make it so that few republican votes fall off of the house bill that was passed by mccarthy and that they will need democratic votes in order to shore it up and get to a final deal. so it is a very particular, made lick c made trick could you husband process where they try to find -- some republicans wont go for the cuts to renewable energy. especially in states where they are using renewable projects that they do want that money....
