We do see the evidence that more shelter beds are needed as well as housing, every night we turn people away from our shelters and they come through maybe sometimes midnight, 1 00 in the morning, we dont have the spaces for them and one of the things that is really, really critical about the expansion of shelters is that it goes a long way to helping preserve life and mr.
