Police arrested a Janesville man for his fourth-offense intoxicated driving after witnesses said he was sitting in his truck, intoxicated, outside a Janesville drug store.
Authorities say a Janesville woman is in custody on her fourth intoxicated driving offense after she was seen driving recklessly without a license on Sunday morning.
