Three parents filed suit accusing a first-grade teacher of giving lessons on transgender issues, including allegedly sharing a video titled "Jacobs New Dress."

A lawsuit by three parents claims the Mount Lebanon School District is violating their civil and constitutional rights by "teaching gender dysphoria and transgender transitioning in the district, including to first graders."

Three Mt. Lebanon mothers are suing the school district, its leaders, its school board and a first-grade teacher for the alleged teaching of gender identity issues to elementary-age students, according to a lawsuit filed Wednesday in federal court.
