WWEs releases come a week after merging with the UFC under Hollywood agency Endeavor to form TKO Group Holdings.

Following the announcement of a new TV deal for "WWE SmackDown," the company began informing some performers this morning that they were being released.

"WWE SmackDown" star Rick Boogs was reportedly released from the company on September 21 amidst another round of mass talent cuts.

Rick Boogs is in the process of coming back from injury, and he posted a new update from the gym.

Rick Boogs was previously known as Eric Bugenhagen in WWE’s NXT brand. However, he was then called up to the main roster as he made his debut on Friday
