Alameda County District Attorney Pamela Price is seeking to disqualify a judge from hearing any criminal matter involving her agency.

Alameda County DA Pamela Price, a George Soros-funded prosecutor in San Francisco, criticized Judge Mark McCannon for rejecting a deal for Delonzo Logwood in a triple homicide case.

Delonzo Logwood, 31, was accused of murdering three people in 2008, when he was 18, and faced a minimum of 75 years to life if convicted as originally charged.
