Woodfin Pardons More Than 15,000 With Marijuana Convictions

The Birmingham Times  Birmingham Mayor Randall Woodfin on Tuesday pardoned more than 15,000 individuals with closed misdemeanor marijuana possession convictions between 1990 and 2020.
