CAMP MIGUEL MALVAR, Batangas: In preparation for the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) on October 30, 2023, the first Provincial Joint Security Control Center Meeting was held at the Batangas Police Provincial Office (BPPO) on Tuesday, July 11. It was presided by lawyer Jonalyn Sabellano, provincial election supervisor of Comelec-Batangas, together with the chairmen, Col. Samson Belmonte, BPPO provincial director; Coast Guard Capt. Victorino Ronaldo Acosta 4th; and Lt. Col. Ernesto Teneza Jr. from the Philippine Army. Preparations for the incoming BSKE include deployment by the Philippine National Police (PNP), AFP, BFP and PCG personnel to different polling centers.
