To strike or not to strike? That s the question that thousands of Eskom workers will answer after the next round of wage talks.

The National Union of Mineworkers says some 15 000 employees, also represented by Numsa and Solidarity, will resume negotiations with the power utility before next month.
Num s Khangela Baloyi says with the national grid under pressure - a work stoppage is the last thing the country needs.
Unions are demanding a pay rise of between 9,5% and 15%. Eskom offering 1,5%. Baloyi says they also want to address racial wage gap claims.
