Surat: Investigation into the remdesivir black-marketing racket busted in Punagam on April 17 revealed that the mastermind, Vivek Dhameliya, had purchased 89 vials of the Covid-19 emergency medication from Surat’s New Civil Hospital (NCH) in four days.
