Altogether 79 emerging artists from Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Finland with 154 artworks are taking part in the international art competition NOBA Award. Until 20 November everyone is invited to vote for their favourite at the competition’s website NOBA.ac. The artist with the most votes will be awarded with the Public Choice Award.
NOBA Award (previously called Nordic & Baltic Young Artist Award) is a unique international art competition in the region that involves young talents at the beginning of their professional career.
