The Supreme Court is adopting its first code of ethics, in the face of criticism over undisclosed trips and gifts from wealthy benefactors to some justices.

Small Business Development Deputy Minister Dipuo Peters has been found guilty of breaching the MPs' ethics code.

The Louisville Metro Ethics Commission unanimously found Piagentini guilty on six of seven charges and recommended he be removed from the Metro Council.

The conservative justice indicated support for a code of conduct similar to the one that applies to lower federal court judges.
