Spanish farmers obstructed traffic in many parts of the country with slow-moving vehicles and road blockades for the second day in a row on Wednesday. In Barcelona, farmers with around 1,000 tractors were on their way to the city centre at midday to demonstrate for higher incomes and better working conditions, the state television station RTVE reported.
