a) The total number of votes cast was 6,732 being 10.2% of the eligible Corporate and Associate Members. The number of votes cast by post was 3,234 and online was 3,498.
b) The total number of votes found to be invalid were:
165 for the President-Elect panel
193 for the Vice-President panel
200 for the Ordinary Members of the Trustee Board panel.
