A tourism operator facing a charge of wilful trespass, and undergoing ongoing assessment with Te Marae Ora in relation to the charge, has been given permission by the court to travel overseas.
People affected with mental health issues will no longer be sent to Cook Islands Prison for treatment as long as they aren’t offenders, according to a leading clinical psychologist.
