This is my first mod that adds two new countries and a focus tree to the main one which is the Oceania empire which controls all or most of oceania and dutch east indies (ps the focus tree isnt that big and its my first mod so it properly be broken) :)

This version adds the New Orleans class, Dominion-tech Galaxy, and a series of changes to Federation warp-in.

At some point in the future you will embark on a project as big as this and then well see how good are you with release summary text.
