Good morning. My name is chairmans mark. Im a senior fellow with the Geoeconomics Center of Atlantic Council. I would like to welcome you to our next session where we are going to dig into development and finance, chinas lending, aid, its investments and what is being called the global south. Im going to use the moderators privilege and refer to low income and middle Income Countries. That seems to be a more neutral term than what we were using before.
