Lived in the true spirit of churchill, we would all be in bed at this time of day. Of course, we would have read all of the newspapers and have worked through all of the daily correspondence by this point. I feel many of us are lacking in the amount of domestic and secretarial assistance sir winston had through much of his life so perhaps our failure to emulate his morning routine is pardonable. Im a Senior Research fellow at the Margaret Thatcher center for freedom located in washington, d. C. ...

Let me bring in my colleague from washington, correspondent mike viqueira. In some ways we knew this was coming. Were still not exactly sure what it means, though. Just yesterday actually two days ago now, im losing my days here. At the unga, Vladimir Putin kind of tipped his hand a little bit that he might escalate in syria, but there has been troop build up there and equipment build up of about 30 days. But that brings me to one last piece of advice for young people, and that is, think about more than just yourself. [applause] think about how you can have an impact beyond yourself. The people who i know who are really happy and successful as they get older, its because they have an impact on something other than just their own situation. Theyre not just thinking about how do i get mine...

They can decide not to participate without having any adverse consequences visited upon the citizens of the sta...

Legislature can do, which Means Congress can also give this power to the commission. The only difference between my friends scenario and mine is that in my friends scenario the state legislature would retain the authority to override what the commission has done but that is always the consequence of state legislation over federal legislation. Its not something that a state legislature can override and it is simply a consequence of congress superseding authority and congress authority under the e...
