Arvind Kejriwal case: The Delhi High Court has dismissed Arvind Kejriwals petition challenging his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in the Excise Policy scam case, stating that the ED has provided sufficient evidence that justified his arrest. Despite Kejriwals claim of the arrest being illegal, the court upheld the EDs actions, emphasizing that investigating agencies cannot be dictated by the convenience of the accused.

This has come after CBI raids in the Excise Duty Scam, and there is a threat that he will be arrested. However, his reply to BJP was that he will not bow down to BJP.
