Countrymade Liquor: Barring country made liquor, prices of beer, whisky, vodka, rum and wine are expected to remain largely unchanged. The excise policy, which would come into effect from April 1 of next year, was approved by the state cabinet on Tuesday. Manish Sisodia: Delhi Excise Policy: Court extends judicial custody of Manish Sisodia till December 11

The Rouse Avenue court extended Manish Sisodias judicial custody until December 11 over an alleged excise policy scam. The court noted that documents are yet to be filed by the Enforcement Directorate. Sisodia was arrested in February 2023 for alleged policy irregularities.
