federal appeals courts. and their numbered circuits. this weekend at the 9th circuit court, that court one level below the supreme court, day blocked an execution due to take place the day after tomorrow in arizona. they said if the state of arizona won t disclose the manufacturers of the drugs it s planning to use in this lethal injection and if it won t disclose the medical training of the people they re going it use for the execution team, the 9th circuit says that execution cannot go forward. it s an interesting dilemma for arizona right now on a very short-term basis because they ve got an execution warrant for this guy for wednesday. and the state now has a choice to make. if the state of arizona decides to disclose that information about the drugs and about the execution team, they will be allowed to kill this prisoner on wednesday. what the court gave them is just a temporary injunction and the court says, this temporary injunction blocking the execution, it will expire if the
