It most recently did have tenants in the two existing flats, and the property has been in the family ownership, and the intent is to maintain it as a family owned property with the hope for some day for them and their children to return to live in the city. Mr. Cosgrove lives in st. Louis and his sister lives in the vicinity but not the city.
