The Christmas Cheer Board picked up an early Christmas present on Thursday, with the presentation of a $50,000 cheque by the Manitoba Metis Federation, long-time supporters of the Cheer Board’s efforts to help the less fortunate in Winnipeg. It is a significant increase in the MMF’s typical annual donation.
