RICHLAND, WA.— The Global Women’s Leadership Network’s (GWLN) brought more than 50 credit union women from 15 U.S. states and Canada together in Richland, Washington last week for the seventh annual Executive Readiness Summit to engage credit union women with thought leaders, industry experts and one another to learn more about how to unlock authentic leadership, what kind of leader they are and can be, as well as the cognitive science behind leadership.

MADISON, Wis.—More than 50 credit union women from four countries and 15 U.S. states engaged with thought leaders, industry experts and one another to learn more about the “coach approach” to leadership, leading in a hybrid world, DEI challenges around the globe and succession to credit union boards at last weeks Global Women’s Leadership Network’s (GWLN) 2022 Executive Readiness Summit, held in Raleigh, N.C.

They are required to attend all GWLN forum sessions at WCUC on July 19, 2021 during the Worldwide Foundation Bridge the Gap series and provide updates to GWLN during the year, showcasing progress and growth in their credit unions.
