WALLINGFORD Two southbound lanes of Interstate 91 are closed Tuesday morning after a truck crashed down an embankment, according to officials.
The state Department of Transportation reported the accident around 10:15 a.m. between exits 14 and 13. The two right lanes are closed in the area of the crash.
Snow throughout the morning left many roads slick during the morning commute. It’s unclear if weather was a factor in the crash.
Connecticut State police said units were on scene in the area of Exit 14 of I-91 south with the left lane of travel closed.
