A Fort Myers man charged with placing a mannequin, hung from a tree with political statements, first believed to be a bomb, is pleading innocent.

The sheriff’s office says 33 explosive devices were seized during the investigation.

A Russian drone dropped an explosive device on the village of Zolota Balka on Aug. 21, wounding a 43-year-old man, Kherson Oblast Military Administration reported.
