US – BIS amends Country Groups for Ukraine, Mexico, and Cyprus under the EAR The US Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security issued a final rule amending the Export Administration Regulations to revise the Country Group designations for Ukraine, Mexico, and Cyprus.
