Part of Capital City Freeway shut down in Sacramento County over police activity
Traffic on the Capital City Freeway in Sacramento County was flowing again Friday morning -- with some lingering congestion -- after a portion of the freeway was shut down in both directions earlier as authorities responded to a person suffering from a mental health crisis.
