Administering the oath of office will be the F. Philip Carbullido, chief justice of the Supreme Court of Guam.
Nineteen mayors and seven vice mayors were elected Nov. 3; results were certified by the Guam Election Commission Nov. 20.
Roads around the museum will be closed from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.:
West Chalan Santo Papa, from the Guam Legislature to the post office;
Murray Boulevard, from the post Office to law offices; and
Seaton Boulevard, from the Guam Legislature to Submarina.
