The IPO committee of the company at its meeting held on December 12, 2023, in consultation with the book running lead managers to the offer, has finalized allocation of 68,06,961 equity shares, to anchor investors at an anchor investor allocation price of Rs 790 per equity share.
At 11:06 a.m., the public issue was subscribed 1.09 times. The retail category was subscribed 4.08 times, while the NII portion garnered 1.18 times bids. There were no bids from qualified institutional buyers so far.
Unlisted shares of DOMS Industries are currently trading Rs 495 higher in the grey market, which is a 62.66 per cent listing gain from the public issue, DOMS Industries IPO Opens, Check GMP Today, Subscription Status
