Here is what we know right now. Police tell us that officers received a call last night about a man experiencing what is being called a mental crisis. Police arrived at the house but the man refused to come out. He is also refusing to release two children, believed to be inside. Our ryan hughes is on the scene. BARRY Morphew has been charged with first-degree murder in the disappearance of his wife Suzanne Morphew, who is presumed dead after she was last seen almost exactly a year ago on Mother s Day.

According to documents posted to the Colorado Courts site, Morphew was also charged with tampering with physical evidence and attempting to influence a public servant.
The documents accuse Morphew of tampering with a human body between May 9 and May 10, 2020, and accuse Morphew of tampering with physical evidence between May 9, 2020 and March 4, 2021. The latter dates are included in the weapons possession charge.

Well, maybe he s a bad guy, I don t really know, the pal said. The public perception of this is so tainted now and I just wish one person would put out the facts.
