Customers. So were pushed and strained on a number of fronts, but principally, again, about getting wires in place and equipment led up. And im im sure that i can confirm over the many years that nothing gets drivers more upset than not having bathrooms. And i mean finished bathrooms. I mean, they go really on that one. So make sure that those bathrooms are yeah and some of them are associated with those portables, so, for instance, the standup come december, weve got the bathrooms in place, a t...

The passing of the mayor in the last few days and i know that for me its been difficult because he was not only a boss but a close friend of mine, but more importantly he was a champion of this project. When i joined the board there were a lot of financial needs and concerns and trying to make sure that we got the project to the way that it is now and we were able to finish it and through his leadership, really stepped up and did everything on behalf of the city. To make sure that the city could...

Were ready to be advanced, the permitting, versus when they were to be advanced to permitting and we can get this and it will be in the coming year and our focus right now is to lean in and make sure that we address the issues and the truth is that right now distribution, the state of completion of distribution of the utilities throughout the building is not where it should be. Whether or not theres water or not you need sinks and toilets in place to have an operational facility. You need racks ...

Happened on 5 persia, a year ago, a number of people were living in terrible conditions under a laundry and we are, when we have these emergency orders to vacate that are issued either by the Fire Department or ourselves, we are trying to, the supervisors are trying to establish a fund that would be able to provide ongoing tenant assistance for up to a twoyear period. As this did pass through committee, it had the first unanimous, before the last meeting on december 12th, it will probably pass w...

Dependencies on getting permanent power. If we were to remove the wrong assumption about where the water hookup is on the critical pact, would all of those shift back . Thats my initial reaction and the word that i get this week is, no. Because of again, state of readiness or state of completion with electrical rooms and main distribution rooms for the low voltage arent quite where they ought to be. And they are applying more resources. Theres 200 electricians out there, but, you know, without y...

Prefabricated booths. I understand that come january well see the first booth which is running a little late as well. Rumor has it that since were kind of a oneoff, you know, with all of the hurricanes and what have you and when fema went looking for modular buildings those companies kind of paid more attention to the regular customers. So were pushed and strained on a number of fronts, but principally, again, about getting wires in place and equipment led up. And im im sure that i can confirm o...

Id like to have a moment of silence for mayor lee. I was shocked to hear that he passed away. I personally loved mayor lee, his wife, anita, and his two daughters. The last time i talked to mayor lee, it was not a very nice conversation. But id like to have a moment of silence for mayor lee, and for that little 8yearold boy, gabriel, who has murdered by his father because he thought he was gay. So, moment of silence, please. Thank you. Miss canada, and i have a picture, if you can show it on the...

To make sure that the city could do its part. Of recent, i mean, weve had closed discussions a...

Service was very much a part of the discussion with supervisor safai and the new Tenant Assistance Fund for hazardous housing. This involves places like what happened on 5 persia, a year ago, a number of people were living in terrible conditions under a laundry and we are, when we have these emergency orders to vacate that are issued either by the Fire Department or ourselves, we are trying to, the supervisors are trying to establish a fund that would be able to provide ongoing tenant assistance...
