Invitation-only Clubhouse’s growth has been astronomical, with the audio app downloaded 2.3m times in January 2021.
In Asia Pacific, it has gained momentum with 440,000 downloads in Japan in early February, while in China Clubhouse downloads from the Apple App Store were recorded at 160,000.
LEWIS promotes Fairil Yeo to SVP of Asia Pacific Details 01 February 2021
Communication agency LEWIS has promoted its vice president of transformation, APAC Fairil Yeo to the role of senior vice president, APAC. Yeo (pictured) replaces Emma Jenkins, who the agency said will be leaving the business. In his new role, he will manage and oversee LEWIS agencies across APAC, in Beijing, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, and Sydney. Yeo reports to Yvonne van Bokhoven, executive vice president, EMEA and APAC at LEWIS.

MARKETING-INTERACTIVE, van Bokhoven said the agency thanks Jenkins for her contribution to the business over the past years, and is very happy that Yeo has taken up the new role.
