Kohima, Sep. 13 (EMN): A Ph.D dissertation in a book form titled “From Primal Religion to Christianity in Nagaland: The problem of syncretism,” written by Dr. Ruokuozelie Pienyü, HoD of Missiology and senior lecturer at Faith Theological Seminary (FTS) in Jotsoma was launched on September 13 in the Chapel Hall of FTS A press release from FTS informed that the 947 page book was published by Crown of Life Ministries, Kohima, and released by the FTS principal, Rev. Dr. Visielie Angami. Speaking at the book release event, FTS principal, Rev. Dr. Angami said, “This is a book about how a missiologist views the Nagas. The present Nagas, especially the young people, and the world have exceptionally little knowledge about the fusion of primal religion and Christianity.
