Kenneth Chesebro is cooperating with prosecutors across the country after pleading guilty to conspiracy in Georgia

The settlement comes as the electors’ counterparts in Michigan and Georgia are facing criminal charges, with more states potentially to follow.

The state is now the third to bring charges against GOP officials who submitted false slates of electors for Trump.

Kenneth Chesebro is set to go to trial in October for his role in the “fake electors” scheme.
