Victims in this case and wmurs Cherise Leclerc is live where ely was arraigned today. Cherise the county attorney took those 10 years to collect enough evidence in order to charge ely. He is ordered to stay away from all minors including his two alleged victims. These are horrendous charges. Cherise the victims were between 11 and 13 at the time he is a them. Authorities say it happened in his hometown of new New Hampshireton. There are three charges in total, two counts of aggravated felonious Sexual Assault of a child under 16 and another also under the age of 16. Very troubling allegations and concerning to the community as well. Cherise theyre calling for more people to come forward. Welcome them to come forward. Driver told police that he accidentally pressed on the gas and accelerated and he ended up driving, crashing through the front windows here of lees sandwiches. And he actually put a hole in the wall and did damage to the business next door which appears to be some sort of Sandwich Shop as well. So two different businesses now have damagement you can see theyre cleaning up the glass right now. I asked police if there were any drugs or alcohol involved and they said no. This is just an accident of somebody pressing on the gas. Nobody was injured here. It was sufficient a solo driver. It was fortunate because this place just opened up at 6 00 a. M.
