When her second-grade class was starting to feel drained by virtual learning, Tiffany Kane ordered pizza kits for her students so they could cook and eat together during class.
“I have done a lot of extra activities with my students that went beyond just what is in the curriculum,” Kane said. “Kind of like social and emotional learning and just some kind of time to spend together.
