LARGO — Pinellas County Public Schools will hold two programs next month at the Largo Library to provide information and resources to K-12 “English learner” and Spanish-speaking families to prepare

The drive runs until July 31.

It's one of the first steps in the city of West Fargo's efforts to hire five city department directors, all who have resigned in the last month and a half.

Directors of communications and library submitted resignation letters, joining the city admininstrator, human resources, information technology and finance departments seeking new leaders.

"Right now, as it stands, essentially the local library's control of collections would end" if the bills become law in North Dakota, said Tim Dirks, director of the Fargo Public Library.

The Fargo Library is inviting area crafters to take part in their spring craft supply swap on Sat., April 15 at noon at the downtown Main Library.

The Fargo Library and NDSU are partnering up to offer kids in grades 4 to 6 the opportunity to learn more about archeology with tours of NDSU’s Archeology Lab.
