I was interested in it way back in high school. I went to try to build some rockets. I wanted to become a rocket engineer, as a matter of fact. Worked at the rocket society. I wanted to become a rocket engineer but essentially they said you have to go to mit or to caltech. I cannot afford either. So i took a secondary goal. I got an rotc appointment to wisconsin. From there i went to the Naval Academy. I got to the flight training. I became a naval air aviator. In 1958, nasa was formed and they were looking for astronauts. I was one of the original 110 people who were selected. Let me go back to the Naval Academy . That is right. This was right after world war ii. I got down to preflight. My mother, when i was at the university of wisconsin, told me to apply to the Naval Academy. 7z3 vi did it,

And then i said should i go to the academy, they said dont do that, you two years of college, you have Naval Aviation, if you go back you have to start all over again, you might not get back in aviation, but there was an old captain there and he said if you want to make the navy your career, get yourself to the academy, that is what hatppened. Pg e said the plan would allow it to pay the victims and meet all the requirements of ab1054, the new state bill regulating public yutilities. The governor said the plan didnt focus on providing safe and reliable power. Thats the key there. Tonights decision is a major setback for pg e, as it races to meet a june deadline to get out of bankruptcy. In a statement, pg e says in part we just spoke with senator jerry hill. He said the governor made the right decision. Its the same old pg e, and we will not stand for that. He recognizes the problem, he recognizes that if we do not see the change thats necessary for pg e, through this bankruptcy, we will one, be back into bankruptcy in the next five to ten years, and two, we will not have a safe utility. Senator hill has been a longtime critic of pg e. He says the best outcome for pg e to make victims whole and protect rate payers going forward. History it has exercised that power. The 435 members of the house of representatives will vote on the allegations that the president abused his power for personal gain and obstructed congress. Thevote looks set to pass democratcontrolled Congress Although trumps friend removal from office looks unlikely. He slammed the impeachment investigation once again as politically motivated and accused the democrats of quote, declaring war on american democracy.
