The Krause Group, an American company led by chairman and CEO Kyle J. Krause, will open Casa di Langa next Spring in Italy s Piedmont region.
Overlooking 100-plus acres of working vineyards, the 39-room boutique hotel combines traditional Piedmontese design with sustainable practices.
The architecture and interior design are being overseen by GaS Studio and Parisotto + Formenton Architetti, both based in Milan, and will use locally sourced materials.
Design features include installations by Italian and American artists throughout the property and grounds.
The hotel s Faula Ristorante, serving dishes with ingredients from sustainable agriculture and conservation practices, is helmed by chef Manuel Bouchard.
