Rahul Naveen has been appointed as the interim director of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) as SK Mishras tenure ended. Naveen has been working as an Officer on Special Duty at the ED since November 2019 and was appointed as Special Director in November 2020. The Supreme Court had previously allowed the extension of Mishras tenure until September 15, but made it clear that there would be no further extension.
