The main focus of the next few days is the snow that will arrive on friday night. While snow is possible before sunset, accumulation s will be limited. However, once the sun goes down, snow should increase in intensity and last the entire night. Snow will linger right into saturday morning. Plan on 46 to be on the ground by saturday morning in many areas, with trends of a narrow heavier band trying to set up around cedar rapids and or dubuque.
