Detained TV host and comedian Ferdinand “Vhong” Navarro will end his quarantine in the Taguig City Jail Male Dormitory on Monday, Nov. 28.
This is according to Jail Senior Insp. Hernand Macoy of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology-National Capital Region (BJMP-NCR).
