(© FlaglerLive) It’s among Palm Coast’s more vexing issues–vexing for working laborers like plumbers, electricians, heating and air techs and the like, because they’re forbidden from parking their work vehicles in their Palm Coast driveways, or any vehicles with commercial signs.
