Nicknamed the “Jersey Blues,” the soldiers who form the 44th Infantry Brigade Combat Team are supporting Operation Inherent Resolve, the U.S. military’s name for its support of the international war against ISIS.

Air exercises are expected to create some noise over Washington County in the coming weeks, Nellis Air Force Base announced Friday.
