Overview
USCIS will use the Final Action Dates (Chart A) for
February 2021. Employment-based
categories are mostly unchanged from January 2021, with a few
months advancement for China and India EB-1 and a few
days advancement for China and India EB-2 and EB-3.
What are the Changes?
EB-1
For EB-1, India and China will advance four months to January 1,
2020. All other countries stay current.
EB-2
For EB-2, India will advance to October 12, 2009. China will
