Final Strategy News Today

The North American Renderers Association appreciates the mentions of rendering in the new Final Strategy for Reducing Food Loss and Waste. However, NARA is concerned that the strategy does not fully recognize the rendering industry's substantial role in reducing food waste by diverting 54 million pounds of raw material from landfills annually.
