SNOW hit parts of East Lancashire again this morning, causing travel delays along the way.
Blackburn with Darwen, Clayton-le-Moors, Blackpool, Burnley and Preston were all hit with snow yesterday evening as well as this morning from 8am. The MET Office issued a yellow snow and ice warning for the morning, while flood warnings are still in place for Lancashire. The harsh conditions have been causing accidents as Lancashire Police tweeted: We are dealing numerous RTCs around the county today as you can imagine both on the motorway and surrounding areas. All are being asked the nature of their journey and being dealt with if journeys are not necessary. Stay at home unless you need to travel.
