Despite major security concerns, and exactly two weeks after the siege on the U.S. Capitol, authorized protesters will be allowed to assemble in so-called First Amendment zones about a half mile away from the site of the inauguration.
Columbus Circle in front of Union Station is one of the designated protest sites. According to a permit, the Working Families Party is one of the organizers of this protests and they re going to install a large jumbotron for passers by to see and for people to come and gather around and for people to take part in this protest.
