The Ohio Valley Regional Development Commission (OVRDC) will conduct the Highland County First Round Caucus Meeting on Wednesday, Jan. 31 at 10 a.m. at the Highland County Commissioners Office of the Administration Building, located at 119 Governor Foraker Place, Hillsboro.
